Glitching!

I got this app a few times and had to delete to save storage. Whenever I got it again it worked fine and now I have it. This time though, it glitches and wouldnt move anywhere. I want to keep it, but what if I have to delete it again?? No more vlogs with friends!! Please fix it and tell me whats wrong!!
